Reitumetse Nkoti Mabula is a legal advocate and Executive Director of Seinoli Legal Centre, working to protect community land and resource rights. With a background in law and non-profit leadership, she advocates for inclusive development and helps communities use the law to defend their futures. Nkoti is passionate about community empowerment and believes real progress happens when those most affected have a voice in shaping it.

Nkoti has an interest in civil society organisations and development, specifically how their capacity can be improved to meet challenges in carrying out their diverse mandates. Over the past decade, she has worked full time for legal human rights NGO’s in Lesotho. She has experience in strategic litigation, advocacy, strategy development, and programming in human rights, access to justice and rule of law, and women’s rights.

She holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the National University of Lesotho (NUL), Master of Law (LLM) from the North-West University (NWU), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Wayne is director of Learning Disability Charity Mencap Cymru and has worked with people with a learning disability since 1994.

His connection with Lesotho goes back to 1987 when, as an undergraduate at University College North Wales Bangor, he was given the opportunity to live and work at the University of Lesotho for 10 months as part of a link between the Church in Wales and Diocese of Lesotho.

In 2000, he established a link with Intellectual Disability & Autism Lesotho and has organised many exchange links between IDAL and Mencap Cymru.

A former trustee of Dolen, he took on the role of Chair in 2007, before stepping down in 2010 due his appointment as Director of Mencap Cymru.

Wayne is excited to return to the board of Dolen Cymru and working with fellow trustees and Dolen supporters in Wales and Lesotho.

Harry MacDonald is a Crown Servant and was the UK High Commissioner to the Kingdom of Lesotho between 2022-2025.  He has also served in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Indonesia, Austria, and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan during a career that began in 2003.

During his time in as High Commissioner, Harry supported the friendship between Wales and Lesotho including organising the visit of His Majesty King Letsie III to Cardiff as part of the Lesotho 200 celebrations in 2024 and founding the Lesotho Wrexham Supporters Club.

Harry holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and a BA/MA from the University of Oxford.  He became an accredited referee in the Federation of Lesotho Rugby and was the international face of the Moshoeshoe Walk on three arduous occasions.
