Harry MacDonald is a Crown Servant and was the UK High Commissioner to the Kingdom of Lesotho between 2022-2025. He has also served in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Indonesia, Austria, and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan during a career that began in 2003. During his time in as High Commissioner, Harry supported the friendship between Wales and Lesotho including organising the visit of His Majesty King Letsie III to Cardiff as part of the Lesotho 200 celebrations in 2024 and founding the Lesotho Wrexham Supporters Club. Harry holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and a BA/MA from the University of Oxford. He became an accredited referee in the Federation of Lesotho Rugby and was the international face of the Moshoeshoe Walk on three arduous occasions. |
