Setempe Phoka, started teaching in 2003 in the rural areas of Mohales Hoek and went to Thabana Ts’ooana Primary school in 2010. I was in Lesotho Wales Link since 2013 where I served as a vice secretary up 2014. I was also elected as a member Lesotho Wales Link since 2015.  I also volunteered as an education coordinator between Dolen Cymru Lesotho. I had an opportunity to study primary leadership and management through Dolen Cymru Lesotho in 2015 sponsored by Commonwealth. I became a member of board of trustees in Dolen Cymru Lesotho in 2022. Appointed as an acting Principal in 2010 and I became I principal at Thabana Ts’ooana Primary school in 2022.
